Terms of service
These terms cover your use of Coffee Pub Studio, a free desktop application, and this website. By installing or using the app you agree to them.
The software
Coffee Pub Studio is provided free of charge, and its source code is published in the project repository. You may use it for personal or commercial streaming and recording.
No warranty
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. It is a tool for controlling OBS and related services during a live session; settings, automations and uploads can go wrong. You are responsible for checking that your streams and recordings are the way you want them, and for keeping your own backups. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for lost recordings, failed or incorrect uploads, or any other damages arising from use of the app.
Your accounts and content
- You are responsible for your own OBS, Coffee Pub Tavern, Google and YouTube accounts, and for the credentials you give the app. They are stored only on your computer.
- You are responsible for the content you record and upload, and for following the rules of the services you use it with.
- If you use the YouTube upload feature, you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke the app's access at any time from your Google Account.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, or to interfere with the services it connects to.
Privacy
How the app handles your information is described in the privacy policy.
Changes and contact
These terms may change; the date above will change with them, and continued use means you accept the updated terms. Questions can be raised on the project's issue tracker.
