The production side of the Coffee Pub suite
Coffee Pub Studio is a free desktop app for macOS and Windows that helps run a streamed tabletop game. It wraps your game window and other web pages so OBS can capture them cleanly, keeps your OBS sources pointed and cropped after every launch, and lets other tools in the Coffee Pub suite (such as Herald, a FoundryVTT module) trigger actions during a session.
What it does
- Keeps OBS window and region sources in sync, so you never re-pick a window.
- Publishes each player from a Coffee Pub Tavern table as their own OBS source.
- Runs automations: scene switches, text sources, recording start and stop, and session titles.
- Optionally uploads a finished recording to your own YouTube channel, using the title and description you set for the session.

YouTube
The YouTube feature is optional and off until you set it up with your own Google Cloud project. It only requests permission to upload videos to the channel you sign in with. See the privacy policy for exactly what is stored and sent.
